For all of our existing customers with pre-booked fittings for flooring or soft furnishings, or customers waiting on orders to arrive. Please be assured that your order will be completed at the earliest opportunity. Once we are able to resume where we left off we will start with customers in the same order. Orders waiting delivery may be slightly delayed as we would expect a backlog with the suppliers and carriers but we will look to chase these and keep you informed.

Please note we are unable to offer any new installation dates during this time as we have no confirmed return to work dates as yet, but we will return to normal as quickly as possible when advised by the Government and safe for all the team to do so
