How we Work
All our shops offer very convenient parking, which we believe always makes a good start before any shopping trip. We always spend time with our customers finding out your requirements and long-term needs for each project. Once this is established our advisers will go through the option of products to suit requirements. Colour also plays a huge role in choosing either flooring or curtains and it is always useful to bring in any samples (e.g. cushions, swatches etc.) that you may have available for when looking at a scheme to give a guidance on colour.
Once you have a number of options we always encourage you to take the samples home so they can be viewed in the correct lighting. Only when you are completely satisfied with your final selection can we then proceed to the order.
Milners are so confident with our ability in helping you select the right product, that we even offer a 30 day guarantee* which means that if you are unhappy for any reason we will supply a new product free of charge and you just need to pay for the uplift & fitting.
