I am writing to thank you for the exceptional level of service I have received from all of the staff at Milners over the past few months.

I discovered the store by chance whilst driving through Ashtead and upon calling in was very impressed by the range offered and by the expert advice and assistance I received from Tony in the matter of carpet for my stairs, landing and bedrooms.

All my dealings with you have been handled efficiently, expertly and with great consideration – from the gentlemen who came to measure and fit the carpet (whose names, I’m afraid I do not recall) through to Kevin the electrician who provided the necessary wiring for the heating.

My particular thanks to Tony & Michelle – for whom nothing was ever too much trouble – and to Phil, Alex & Camelia who did such an expert job of installing the heating and who returned, cheerfully, the next day to sort out some snagging.

I consider myself very fortunate to have discovered you all and would recommend you unreservedly to anyone in need of flooring in any size, shape or form. The standard of service you offer is very hard to find and you would be justified in feeling very proud of all your staff and of the range of products you offer.
