V4 wood flooring are a family run business. They have been providing wood flooring for three generations, which all started back in the 1940s. As with most businesses the company started small and has gone from strength to strength. With a great team of staff, and support from our customers they have been able to continue to offer a vast array of products and services which they believe make them what they are today.

Although their product range has increased greatly over the years they still endeavour to keep the same values by offering the very best quality products and the highest standards of service to their customers.

Large furniture items may incur additional shipping charges but many of our products are inclusive of delivery.

The despatch options for a product can be found on each individual product page. We deliver most items Monday to Saturday, 9am-8pm.

If you've ordered items that show delivery usually within 7 working days or items with a delivery time of 2 weeks or more, we'll call you to discuss delivery, unless we've given you the option to select a delivery date during checkout.

We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.

On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
