Westex Carpets is based in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire: the heart of England's traditional wool textile industry. Westex can ensure that each manufacturing process from wool to carpet is carried out to exacting quality standards, as all the processes are not only based in the United Kingdom, but also owned and controlled by Westex.

The ownership and control of the manufacturing enables Westex to provide exceptional customer service not only throughout the UK with its fleet of UK delivery lorries, but also worldwide.

In the last five years, Westex has established a high quality contract carpet arm for trade buyers and businesses, with innovative and competitive contract ranges suitable for even the most prestigious of installations.

Large furniture items may incur additional shipping charges but many of our products are inclusive of delivery.

The despatch options for a product can be found on each individual product page. We deliver most items Monday to Saturday, 9am-8pm.

If you've ordered items that show delivery usually within 7 working days or items with a delivery time of 2 weeks or more, we'll call you to discuss delivery, unless we've given you the option to select a delivery date during checkout.

We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.

On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
