Large furniture items may incur additional shipping charges but many of our products are inclusive of delivery.

The despatch options for a product can be found on each individual product page. We deliver most items Monday to Saturday, 9am-8pm.

If you've ordered items that show delivery usually within 7 working days or items with a delivery time of 2 weeks or more, we'll call you to discuss delivery, unless we've given you the option to select a delivery date during checkout.

We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.

On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
