We have been recently looking for a carpet to replace our lounge carpet - due to a flood. We have been to 7-8 stores and have to say the service we received in Milners was far superior to any of the others!

Large furniture items may incur additional shipping charges but many of our products are inclusive of delivery.

The despatch options for a product can be found on each individual product page. We deliver most items Monday to Saturday, 9am-8pm.

If you've ordered items that show delivery usually within 7 working days or items with a delivery time of 2 weeks or more, we'll call you to discuss delivery, unless we've given you the option to select a delivery date during checkout.

We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.

On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
