Q.1 What should I choose first, Flooring or Curtains?
A.1 If you are choosing a pattern in the room then that should be selected first whether it be carpet or curtains. If not we always advise you to choose your curtains first as it is much easier to match wall colours and flooring.

Q.2 Do you have a measuring & fitting service?
A.2 Yes we do. We normally advise you to select your fabric first before we come and measure. Our expert fitters will then come and install your new curtains or blinds once they are ready.

Q.3 Do you fit the poles?
A.3 Yes, we can supply and install the poles for you.

A.4 What should I put around my bay window?
A.4 We always advise to have a fitted track around a bay window which we can supply and install for you.

Q.5 Why do I need my curtains lined?
A.5 Lining will protect the curtains from sunlight and also allow the fabric to hang better. Lining also gives the curtains a more luxurious feel and will help to insulate the room.

Q.6 Can I take samples home?
A.6 As with flooring we always encourage our customers to take samples home with them as lighting can affect colours quite drastically. The samples should be looked at during different times of the day as the colour will change under artificial and natural light.

Q.7 From which points of the window should I measure?
A.7 For final measurements we will always come to your home to measure, but if you would like guide prices first then measure the window itself.

Q.8 I have a very large window and would like to put up a blind, is that possible?
A.8 Yes. Blinds are made to measure and sized accordingly.

Q.9 Do you have ready made curtains in stock?
A.9 No, we only have made to measure curtains.

Q.10 How long will it be before my curtains are ready?
A.10 From placing the order to fitting is normally 4 weeks, this can vary depending on the availability of the fabric.
